You most definitely can!

Lazy Hack #1: Lemon water

It’s not juicing, it doesn’t require the use of blenders or juicers and whatnot. All it requires from you is a knife.

By adding some lemon wedges or slices to your pitcher of water at home, you already do yourself a favor by increasing your alkaline intake.

Lemons are known to have high alkaline mineral content and increases your ability to flush out the toxins in your body and also helps in your stomach’s digestion process.

Lazy Hack #2: Pick a lying-down-exercise

Yoga is one of those health trends nowadays that seem to get rave reviews all around. Judging from the looks of it, it seems like hard work.

BUT, it does have a few poses that you can do while lying down. Pick one of those and do it every morning.

If you’re feeling a little less lazier the following day, pick a new pose. The point is, stretch those muscles, those hamstrings, etc.

Lazy Hack #3: No spring cleaning? No problem.

If you’re not one of those stepford wives type, there’s no need to fret. No one’s judging you for it. After all, you’re the one who keeps your house in order and it’s no one else’s business.

But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep it neat! Instead of ‘cleaning’ the mess, try to ‘prevent’ it instead.

For example, leave your shoes at the door. By promoting a ‘no shoe’ zone in the house, you reduce the germs that get inside.

So many of the bacteria in the house are brought in by our clothes and footwear. A little effort like this can really go a long way.

Lazy Hack #4: Use small plates

If you’re one of those people who hate doing the dishes, especially those heavy serving dishes and such, it might be a good idea to switch to smaller ones.

This lazy hack is two-fold genius. Not only do you save yourself from having to wash more dishes, but you also do portion control while you’re at it.

Lazy Hack #5: Eat less by chewing more

Turns out, part of being able to eat less is just by doing what you’re already doing, more!

By chewing your food longer or eating more slowly, you produce more saliva, and saliva helps breakdown your food.

Also, when you take more time to chew your food, the lesser you eat because it takes you longer to finish your food as opposed to when you gobble it all down — it takes more to get you feeling fuller.

<a class="synved-social-button synved-social-button-share synved-social-size-48 synved-social-resolution-single
