They seem so harmless as they are just in cans or bottles, smiling at us from their commercials to the grocery shelves, but soda is sugar and spice and everything not nice. If you consume these drinks regularly, you’re more prone to developing type 2 diabetes.
Some people opt for the ‘diet’ variety, but these have their own set of dangers. They really aren’t the healthier alternative. They have a different chemical makeup and sometimes the sugar substitute could even cause more damage.
Processed meats
A lot of hullabaloo has circled the realm of processed meats for years, but the World Health Organization has confirmed that there are sufficient proofs that they are one of the culprits linked to bowel cancer.
Even though it might be difficult to cut these staples out from our regular menu, it really could save your life or your loved one’s life if you cut them.

Cultured fish

Non-organic poultry or meats
The ones that are organic are pesticide-free, they are free range, they’re free from hormone injections, antibiotics, caffeine, and all the other things that could really whack our system if taken in regular doses.

Frozen frappuccinos
Yes they’re delicious and they make you look cool, they help you score points with that cute barista, but they are also flat out calorific!
A big cup of frappuccino churns out about 400-500 calories, equal to some of the burgers that fast food joints have.
Why waste them on a sugary drink when you can allot those calories for something more filling and healthy. There are so many better alternatives for frappuccinos. It’s time you got creative with your drink and your diet.
