1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup ice
2 handfuls of spinach
1 banana, peeled
1 cup green grapes, seedless
1. Peel your 1/2 cucumber and slice it into medium-sized slices.
2. Add water, ice and spinach into the blender and blend.
3. Add in the banana and grapes, and then blend again until smooth.
4. Serve and enjoy!
