Ingredients:

1/2 cup (125ml) water
1/2 cup (125ml) coconut milk
1/2 pineapple, skinned & diced
2 pears, cores removed & quartered
3 tomatoes, quartered

Method

1. Add water, coconut milk and pineapple to the blender.
2. Pulse a few times, to blend up the pineapple.
3. Add the pears and tomatoes.
4. Blend until smooth. You can add more water to get to your desired consistency.
5. Enjoy this delicious tropical smoothie!
